We are excited to welcome back our dedicated Members and greet new Members!
COVID-19 Health & Safety
The safety of our Members is a top priority. We appreciate your continued vigilance regarding the following:
- Wear a mask or face covering, even when working out. Try a variety of styles to see what works for you.
- Social distance – our studios and stations are re-arranged to maximize distancing.
- Visit during non-peak hours – spread out more mid or late morning and early afternoon.
- Stay home when you are sick, recovering from illness, or have been exposed to illness.
- Wipe down stations, mats, and all equipment BEFORE and AFTER use or handling.
- Bring your own mats and be sure to have a sanitary water bottle.
