Youth Fitness & Training

For kids serious about fitness and training to build strength and endurance, stay healthy, recover from injury or prevent injury, our certified personal trainers and instructors are ready to get them started and keep them in action.


Kids Boxing (ages 7-12)

Tues 5:15 – 6 pm  Basic skills, stance, guard, footwork for strength, endurance and self-confidence.

 

Speed & Agility Training  (ages 7-13)

Mon & Wed 5-6 pm  Athletic conditioning for overall performance and injury prevention.

 

Youth Sports Conditioning (by appt) 

Personal training for youth athletes.  Schedule with SimonAbabou@lititzrec.com.

 


Did you know?  Kids ages 12 & up can complete a Fitness Center Orientation and work-out in our Fitness Center with an adult over age 18.  Kids over age 14 can visit the Fitness Center after school or on their own.

Fitness for Teens on the Big Screen – every Monday after school at 4:oo pm.                                            FREE for youth *MEMBERS*!  Guest Day Pass purchase for non-members.

 


Boy Scouts – we have your Personal Fitness Badge!  NEW for 2019 – scouts and scout groups can obtain their Personal Fitness Badge through a 12-week program at Lititz recCenter.  Work with our trained Merit Badge Counselors to earn your requirements and have fun at the same time!  Watch for Badge Workshop opportunities, too!
