American Red Cross Classes

Lititz recCenter offers safety training for all community members with American Red Cross courses year-round.

American Red Cross Babysitter Training (2-Year Cert)

Ages 11-15 

In-person classroom course skills to safely care for younger children, includes basic childcare skills, leadership development, and First Aid/CPR training.   Certificate earned is valid for 2 years. Participants should wear conformable clothing and bring a packed lunch for all day courses. Click your date to register.

Lifeguard Certifications

Lititz recCenter trains and hires lifeguards year-round to staff our indoor and outdoor pools!

Lifeguard Re-Certification

This class is for lifeguards with current certificates that need to renew. Must bring valid certification to course and CPR mask. Certificate cannot be expired more than 30 days.

Lifeguard Certifications

Lifeguard Certification includes CPR/AED/FRP and First Aid.  2-Year Cert.  Three-day course at Lititz recCenter indoor pools, plus a water skills pre-test that must be passed to continue the course. Must be 15 by the end of class to attend all classes.
