What is the Bike/Run?
Participants are able to enter as an individual or team of 2 people and will be using the triathlon biking & running course.
- Both events benefit the LrC youth programs
- Sponsorship opportunities are available to support this event
- Events maps & cue sheets course are on the website
- Awards for each event
- Cash Prizes for top 3 overall Men & Women
- Medals for the top 3 Male & Female finishers in each group
- 1st place for relays
- All participants will enter a raffle ticket to win door prizes
- Every participant will receive tech shirt & goodie bag
