Youth Fitness & Training


GRIT & GRACE   Thursday 5-5:45pm (Ages 9-14)

A perfect fitness class for girls only! You will start easy and work your way to high levels of physical fitness by enjoying strength & body weight training exercises.

Speed, Agility & Strength   Tues & Thurs 5-5:45pm (Ages 9-14)

Sport performance type training for fitness, acceleration, control, footwork and strength.

Kids Boxing      Thursday 5-5:45pm (Ages 7-12)

Basic boxing skills and techniques such as stance, guard, movement and footwork. Focus on increased strength and endurance with fitness and self-confidence.

Strong Kids!

Mon & Wed 5-5:45pm (Ages 7-12)

Kids will use Pump Smart Bars & small weights for basic strength training & form to build muscle endurance all while learning to use weights safely.

Did you know?  Kids ages 12 & up can complete a Fitness Center Orientation and work-out in the LrC Fitness Center with an adult over age 18.  Kids over age 14 can visit the LrC Fitness Center and recROC facility after school or on their own.
