Swim Lesson Instructors
Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting successful swim lessons. Ability to adapt teaching approaches to the age, experience and ability of participants so they can meet course objectives. Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid required, American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Training preferred, or mastery of swimming skills and water safety. recKids Child Care

Part-time schedules 20-30 hrs per week, AM and/or PM shifts
Care for children in grades K – 6 in our recKids Child Care licensed program. Group Supervisors are responsible for the safety, well-being and enrichment of the children enrolled in the program, as well as supervision of site staff (child care assistants), scheduling staff and children according to ratios, planning daily activities, maintaining supplies and materials, communication with parents and coordination with other program supervisors. Strong communication and organization skills, passion for working with children in a group setting, ability to work with children one on one and in small and large group settings, indoors and outdoors. Blended age groups of K-3 or 4-6. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a CDA or Assoc degress plus min two years experience working with children. Bachelor degree in qualifying education or human services field is preferred. Background checks upon hire. Member Services Representative – EARLY MORNING OPENER
Min two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursday preferred) 4:30am-8:30am
The Member Service Staff is responsible for providing quality member and guest service while actively promoting the LrC, membership, programs, and special events. This includes greeting all members and guests, answering phone calls, assisting with questions, and charging for services. Computer skills and experience required, training provided in Member Services database. Openers are responsible to walk through entire facility to open areas. Opening shifts available up to seven days per week, weekdays and weekends. Additional shifts available if desired. Min HS diploma with customer services skills and experience.

Program Instructors – PartTime
Seeking part-time program instructors to help plan and teach classes for children ages 3 years old through high school. Previous experience with sports programs is preferred. Minimum high school diploma is required. Ages 18+. Candidates must be able to secure the appropriate background clearances. Hours vary – daytime, evening, weekend.
Gym and recZone Monitors – PartTime
Multiple positions open to monitor the gym and recZone areas afterschool and evenings (weekdays and Saturday shifts available). Work entails monitoring activity, engaging youth in appropriate activity, and enforcing Lititz recCenter rules and guidelines. Looking for personable and energetic individuals who will be positively engage and mentor youth. Ages 16+. Responsible for monitoring the entire building providing supervision and security. Responsible for room set-ups and tear down for classes, programs, events and parties.
