Job description – LSP Customer Service

Lititz recCenter is seeking customer service attendants for the Front Desk at Lititz Springs Pool. Enjoy work in the fresh air at a newly renovated facility. The season runs from May 23rd through September 1st.
Shifts are typically in 4-4.5-hour increments, and we are open daily from 11:30am to 7:30 pm. Employees MUST have availability on some weeknights and weekends, including some summer holidays. Duties include assisting with desk opening and closing, using computers and database system, cash, and credit sales, directing calls, providing information and assistance to guests. Strong communication skills, organization, flexibility, and ability to multitask, and work in a team environment are required.
Ages 15+. Must obtain required clearances and we will provide FirstAid/CPR training upon hire. Free employee membership benefit at Lititz recCenter. Additional hours may be available to qualified candidates in other Lititz recCenter departments for work beyond summer season or for additional summer hours.
