This program will offer advancement levels to learn traditional & Olympic-style, Tae kwondo, Hap Ki Do and self-defense with discipline. Protective gear provided! Martial Art Academy participants can continue their current ranks that they completed! No fees for testing. Yosef will be your Taekwondo instructor on this journey, and he will give all participants information regarding uniforms. Select from one of our three classes!
Kids will learn various kicks, punching, blocking, and falling techniques. These techniques enhance flexibility, agility, balance, and boost self-confidence.

This class offers numerous benefits for adolescents, extending beyond physical fitness and self-defense. In this class, students will learn self-discipline and self-control, socialization and collaboration skills and life lessons for respect for others and self, patience, perseverance, and resilience.

Students will develop practical skills to protect themselves and others through various forms of self-defense techniques. This class will focus on precision, speed, and power in kicks. Students will develop the ability to synchronize breath with movement, focus and mental clarity.

Fencing is an organized sport, involving the use of 3 weapons: epee, foil, and sabre. In our fencing program you will learn from Romanian instructor, Nicusor Alexe who will demonstrate and teach on the use of epee and understanding the proper footwork for dueling such as guard position, advancing, retreating, and lunging. You will also be learning how to properly use the sophisticated electric epee weapon and scoring machine.
