This program will offer advancement levels to learn traditional & Olympic-style, Taekwondo, Hap Ki Do and self-defense with discipline. Protective gear provided! Martial Art Academy participants can continue their current ranks that they completed! No fees for testing. Yosef will be your Taekwondo instructor on this journey, and he will give all participants information regarding uniforms. Select from one of our three classes!
Kids will learn various kicks, punching, blocking, and falling techniques. These techniques enhance flexibility, agility, balance, and boost self-confidence.
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:15pm – 7:05pm

This class offers numerous benefits for adolescents, extending beyond physical fitness and self-defense. In this class, students will learn self-discipline and self-control, socialization and collaboration skills and life lessons for respect for others and self, patience, perseverance, and resilience.
