*NEW* Dry Land Training for Swimmers Mon, Wed, Fri 3:45-4:45pm (Ages 5+)
A training to develop endurance, power and quickness! This training will include workouts for core, functional fitness, agility and muscular endurance with a certified personal trainer.
Participants should wear comfortable fitness clothing and bring water bottle or sport drink.
Kids Boxing Thursday 5-5:45pm (Ages 7-12)
Basic boxing skills and techniques such as stance, guard, movement and footwork. Focus on increased strength and endurance with fitness and self-confidence.
Speed, Agility & Strength (Summer Session with Coach Davis – July 8-Aug 28)
Tues & Thurs 11:30-12pm (Ages 7-14)

Did you know? Kids ages 12 & up can complete a Fitness Center Orientation and work-out in the LrC Fitness Center with an adult over age 18. Kids over age 14 can visit the LrC Fitness Center and recROC facility after school or on their own.
