Annual Pretzel Twist 5K & Kids Mile Marathon | Lititz recCenter | September 20, 2025
Pretzel Twist 5K is a recCenters of Lancaster County Triple Crown event!! This new 5K series kicks off with Ephrata recCenter’s Memorial Day 5K, then Hempfield recCenter’s Amos Herr Honey Run in August, rounding out with the Pretzel Twist at Lititz recCenter in September. One registration for all three events.
This event is open to all ages 14+ and all abilities. Kids run convenes at the event also. Moderate course through Lititz neighborhoods and countryside.

Be a triathlete for a day, “tri” a triathlon! For ages 5-12, this annual event offers modified swim, bike, run events by age group to give kids a taste of a true challenge!
