CANCELLATION POLICY – Clients are asked to call 24 hours prior to their massage/facial session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
LATE POLICY – Clients are responsible for arriving on time to their session. Therapists are obligated to wait 15 minutes. The therapist is not required to wait further, and the session will be cancelled.
SICK POLICY – If you have been feeling sick within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, please contact your therapist directly to reschedule the appointment, there will be no charge for a sick rescheduled appointment. The health and safety of staff and clients is our top priority.
