This 10-week holistic wellness & fitness program is designed to help you reconnect with your mind and body. Blending movement, mindfulness, nutrition and personal growth. Our program empowers you to cultivate lasting well-being from the inside out. The fitness component will combine strength training & cardiovascular exercise, emphasizing full-body, and functional workouts. The nutrition component will guide you toward a whole-food-based approach that’s simple to adopt into any lifestyle, helping you create a balanced, sustainable, and healthy diet.

This 10 Week Program includes:
- Two small group personal training sessions per week with a certified personal trainer
- Weekly wellness coaching focused on goal setting and overcoming obstacles
- Access to nutrition seminars and educational resources
- Full access to the recreation center and its group fitness classes for non-members during the program

Nutritional Counseling

Individual Nutrional Counseling – Work with a registered dietician to create a plan for healthy eating and follow up with weekly progress sessions.
Family Nutrition Counseling– Work with our dietician to build a plan for your household for healthy transitions.

F & D Fitness and Diet Series: A comprehensive training plan that includes exercise, diet, nutrition and mindset. Work with our certified trainer and dietician in 10 sessions of 30 min personal training, plus 6 30 min nutrition counseling sessions. Schedule sessions with SimonAbabou@lititzrec.com
