Senior Fitness Classes

Are you seeking a lower impact group fitness option? These classes are not just for older adults – open to anyone! Adults will find the pace and demand of these programs to be adaptable to a variety of abilities.  NonMembers are welcome to attend by paying a daily guest fee at the recCenter front desk.

 

Senior Group Fitness Classes are FREE and UNLIMITED for our *Members*!


SILVER STRONG  – A 45 min class to improve flexibility, balance, agility, and strength with body weight exercises, medicine balls, stability balls and hand weights for variety!

SILVER CARDIO & STRENGTH – 45 min focus on total body and core while incorporating balance moves and flexibility, seated or standing, using hand weights, resistance bands and balls

SILVER YOGA –  This whole body movement class take you through a combination of seated and standing yoga poses.

LES MILLS BODY BALANCE– This class combines Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to build flexibility, strength and leaves you feeling calm and centered.

LES MILLS TONE – The optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training.  You choose your level of intensity and adjust as needed.

LES MILLS BARRE – The optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training.  You choose your level of intensity and adjust as needed.

OULA – Like a dance party – full-body music inspired cardio dance workout.
