Senior Fitness Classes

Are you seeking a lower impact group fitness option? These classes are not just for older adults – open to anyone! Adults will find the pace and demand of these programs to be adaptable to a variety of abilities.

Senior Group Fitness Classes are FREE and UNLIMITED for our *Members*!


 

SILVER STRONG  – A 45 min class to improve flexibility, balance, agility, and strength with body weight exercises, medicine balls, stability balls and hand weights for variety!

SILVER YOGA –  This whole body movement class take you through a combination of seated and standing yoga poses.

LES MILLS BODY FLOW – This class combines Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to build flexibility, strength and leaves you feeling calm and centered.

LES MILLS TONE – The optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training.  You choose your level of intensity and adjust as needed.

LES MILLS BARRE – The optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training.  You choose your level of intensity and adjust as needed.

ZUMBA GOLD – An exercise program that reaches toward a goal to work out, love working out, and have fun working out with Latin- inspired and pop dance moves.
