Juniors Kickboxing   (Fall 1)   Thursday 4-4:45pm (Ages 12-18)

Kickboxing is an excellent way to enhance physical fitness and learn self-defense skills, engaging every muscle group and significantly boosting cardiovascular endurance. Participants will begin, mastering the basic stance and guard which is crucial; effective movement in all directions to improve their coordination, balance, speed, and agility.

Basic boxing skills and techniques such as stance, guard, movement and footwork. Focus on increased strength and endurance with fitness and self-confidence.

Personal Training for Youth

Did you know?  Kids ages 12 & up can complete a Fitness Center Orientation and work-out in the LrC Fitness Center with an adult over age 18.  Kids over age 14 can visit the LrC Fitness Center and recROC facility after school or on their own.
