PUSH UPS FOR THANKSGIVING – FREE TO MEMBERS

Join us on Wednesday, November 27, from 5:45 to 6:15 PM for a push-up challenge where the first male and female to complete the most repetitions will each win a Thanksgiving turkey. Don’t miss out on the fun and the chance to showcase your strength!

 

 

 


Pick up an exercise log calendar from the entrance of your fitness center before November 21st. Record your daily “survivor” points in the Holiday Survivor Challenge binder available there. Points are awarded as follows:

C = Cardio: 30 minutes or longer (at the rec or outdoors) = 5 pts
W = Weight training: 30 minutes or more of resistance training = 5pts
E = Exercise class: Any group exercise class 30+ minutes = 6 pts

Top 3 participants will receive a LRC Holiday Survivor Challenge Shirt and More!

30-DAY TRIATHLON CHALLENGE

Looking for Jump-Start your Winter Workout Program? This challenge is for everyone. Participants will swim or row, bike and run/walk specific distances to qualify for completion of one of the challenges listed. If you have limitations for the walk/run portion or are new to exercise, exceptions are listed, so you can participate too! No Excuses! Get your friends and sign up for the challenge!
